The staff were highly courteous and amazingly friendly. I loved the double room with a whirlpool. I was offered a free breakfast with great options. The service was outstanding. Lucky me, I got ironing free of charge. The setting was ideal, near shopping centers, the amusement park, and more.

The venue was in an excellent location, close to Kelley's Island. One of the dining options, Jolly Donut, was just a 15-minute walk away.
